Pathfinder modelling to determine the Required Safe Escape Time (RSET) and compare it with the Available Safe Escape Time (ASET) per PD 7974-6.
Hot smoke tests
Acceptance testing of fire ventilation with hot smoke (AS 4391) - confirming CFD results on site. Hundreds of tests delivered.
Thermal comfort simulations
PMV and PPD indices to ASHRAE 55 and EN ISO 7730, computed from CFD results to optimise ventilation and HVAC.
Fire safety expertise
Technical expertise and code-equivalent (alternative) solutions for refurbishment, change of use and complex buildings.
Design & approvals
