2. What we process and why

Correspondence and enquiries

When you e-mail or call us, we process the data contained in your message (name, e-mail address, phone number, company, content of the enquiry) to reply, prepare a proposal and perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to handle other correspondence and legal claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and to keep accounting records (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). We keep the data until the matter is closed and then for the statutory limitation and tax retention periods.

Visitor statistics (Google Analytics 4)

Only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are read. It collects a cookie identifier, device and browser data, pages visited and approximate location. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. We use no advertising or remarketing features. Data is kept for no longer than 14 months. Without consent the script is not loaded at all. Server logs

Our hosting provider (Firebase Hosting) records technical connection data (IP address, time, requested URL, browser type) solely for security and operation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Recipients and transfers outside the EEA

Data may be disclosed to our hosting, e-mail, IT and accounting service providers under data processing agreements. For Google services the recipient is Google Ireland Limited. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA, which participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023), supplemented by standard contractual clauses.

4. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict your data, to data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, to withdraw consent at any time and to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland. Providing data is voluntary, but without it we cannot answer your enquiry. We do not use automated decision-making.
